We contacted ROCK COUNTRY MASONRY in March to see about making an appointment for an inspection of our foundation. Patrick responded quickly, informing us we’d have to wait until the snow was gone. As this 2021-22 winter seemed never-ending, we contacted Patrick again in May. He was able to come out the very next day. He inspected our foundation, inside and out. He then sat with us, showed us what he’d found, and allayed our worries. Patrick was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, informative, and honest. He accepted our input graciously and explained facts we needed to know concerning our foundation. He will send a follow-up letter for our files, detailing his findings. Although we won’t need to fix anything at this time. we would definitely contact ROCK COUNTRY if any needs arise. We will assuredly refer friends to ROCK COUNTRY!
